In December of 2023 the BluffCity Fence team completed a week of in house training for our install crews as well as our sales team.
In order to be a leader in our industry we have to strive for continued education and consistent training.
All employees go through annual safety training and job specific training. We want to be the company that other fence companies measure themselves to.
Our sales team completed two days of sales training. Our Install teams completed a week of training that included a seminar on professionalism, job layout, digging and setting posts, driving posts, contouring the fenceline, and more. We used ech day of the week to focus on a different discipline. We spent a day on wood, chainlink, ornamental, welding and automation. We took part of each day to work on gates for each type of fencing as well. We plan to improve continuously each year.
